Bristol Palin: Almost Unrecognizable With “New Face”

Nose job, chin implant, liposuction? — oh my!  What happened to Bristol Palin’s face?

Palin, who recently had her Twitter account hacked, looks nothing like her old self after an obvious alleged visit to a plastic surgeon’s office.

Yikes!  Even her old face was better than this one.

It appears Bristol Palin walked in to the doc’s office with a photo of Kim Kardashian and said, “make me look like this.”

Bristol can afford it, though — raking in over $700,000 from her “Dancing With The Stars” stint and speaking engagements as an “Abstinence Ambassador.”
