After nearly 90 million votes, Jessica and Phillip are season 11′s finalists. That means Joshua was voted off.

“I want to win, but at this point we’re all winners,” Ledet, who hugged the judges while singing “It’s a Man’s World” to end the show, told PEOPLE on Wednesday. “I’m not gonna say I don’t care, but I will be just as happy about me winning or two of my friends, Phillip or Jessica.”

That “beauty pagent” line never rings true — but they keep trying to get us to choke it down.

R.I.P. sweet Donna…

In this latest offering by Judd Apatow, Jason Segel as Tom Solomon and Emily Blunt as Violet Barnes play well against each other as a newly engaged couple in romantic San Francisco.  He’s an upcoming chef, she’s a psychology grad looking for a post-doc gig.  They meet cute at a New Year’s Eve costume party and one year later, Tom awkwardly proposes on a scenic rooftop after almost blowing it bigtime.  A portent of things to come…and more things to come, and then other things that go on between two wonderful people who can’t live with, and can’t live without, each other.

Critics have panned the film for running too long, at 2 hours and change.  That goes back to the wordy term paper because you have the feeling that Segel couldn’t bear to leave out any scenes showing his range, showing him doing quirky things, and basically showing him auditioning for his next five films.

That being said, there are a couple of scenes that stay with you.  A classic dinner-with-the-parents ordeal stars Mimi Kennedy and David Paymer as Tom’s anxious mom and pop who ask quite reasonably, what in the world do you think you’re doing letting a honey like Violet get away?  When poor long-suffering dad mentions his recent surgery and Tom blanks with “What surgery?” you know Tom will not be ordering dessert.

Then there’s Dakota Johnson as Audrey, Tom’s 23-year-old rebound hottie whom he beds in order to forget about Violet.  Except that at his age, bedding involves pampering his aching back and that’s not what Audrey calls excitement.  Why doesn’t Tom just go back to his “saggy” fiancée and counting his 401K assets or whatever old folks like to do?  Audrey carries off this rant with enough vehemence to make Tom blanch at his own horny foolishness.  Indeed, what in the world did he think he was doing?

I could have done without Alison Brie as Violet’s ditzy sister (overacting much) but Chris Pratt is charming as the oafish chef who steals Tom’s promotion when Tom moves to Ann Arbor with Violet so she can pursue her post-doc research dream.  Rhys Ifans is her attractively droll supervisor, a college professor who admits he’s “controlling” in a relationship.  Tom soon finds out he’s not a Michigan person though he mans up enough to become a hunter who looks ridik in oversize hand-knit sweaters.  And just so you know if you are a Michigan person, he works with assorted funny characters at Zingerman’s Deli, a legendary Ann Arbor place.

Cut thirty minutes and you’ve got a great little rom-com.  Leave as is, and it’s still plenty worth seeing.  If this isn’t exactly how you do this sort of thing, it’s still darn close to wonderful.

Just days before the May 21 official sale date, resale sites such as StubHub and scalpers on eBay are selling Barbra Streisand concert tickets for crazy-ass amounts. One on eBay is already at $53,000, The NY Post is reporting!

I could not find the “$53K tickets” on eBay but I did find “Suite seats” (more like sour!) up for nearly $20K and spotted two front row seats going for 10K.

Disco icon Donna Summer has died this morning after a battle with lung cancer.

TMZ was the first to report the singer’s death.

“Early this morning, we lost Donna Summer Sudano, a woman of many gifts, the greatest being her faith,” her family said Thursday, in a statement to THR. While we grieve her passing, we are at peace celebrating her extraordinary life and her continued legacy. Words truly can’t express how much we appreciate your prayers and love for our family at this sensitive time.”

Donna Summer was born on New Year’s Eve 1948 in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Summer was the first artist to have three consecutive double albums reach number one on the US Billboard chart, and she also charted four number-one singles in the United States within a thirteen-month period, during the 1970s.

Donna Summer performs her chart-topping hit “Hot Stuff” for fans at Rockefeller Plaza on Today in 2008.

Summer had numerous hits in both the 1970s and 1980s, including “Last Dance,” “She Works Hard for the Money” and “Bad Girls.”

Summer was in Florida at the time of her death. She was 63-years-old.

The five-time Grammy winner is survived by husband, songwriter Bruce Charles Sudano, and three daughers, Mimi, Brooklyn and Amanda Grace.

Sources say the singer was trying to complete an album at the time of her death.

Robert Kennedy Jr. and Mary Richardson

NEW YORK — Mary Richardson Kennedy, the estranged wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., was found dead on the family’s property north of New York City on Wednesday, two years after her husband filed for divorce and following a history of drug and alcohol problems.

No cause of death has been given.

The family of Robert Kennedy issued a statement saying…

“Mary inspired our family with her kindness, her love, her gentle soul and generous spirit.”

Jake Foushee

“I woke up the next day and my voice was way down here and I thought it was just the cold, then the cold went away and my voice was still like this,” said Foushee.

His friends got a kick out of it. They even paid him to record their voicemails.

Once Ellen got a listen, she hooked Jake up with a top voice-over agency in NYC.
